This is my thirteenth year with Omaha Public Schools. All thirteen years have been at Fullerton. I teach resource for grades K-4. I graduated from Creighton University in 2007 with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and an endorsement in Special Education. I received an endorsement in ESL in 2010 from Concordia University, a Reading Specialist endorsement and a Master's degree in Literacy at Concordia in 2011. I obtained my second Master's degree in May 2015 from Midland University in Educational Leadership. I began working on my board certification in 2016. I am currently working toward my Early Childhood endorsement, so that I am better equipped to support teachers, students and parents in the early grades. My husband, DeVon and I have been married eleven years. We have a son, Deuce, in seventh grade and a daughter, Ambria, in fourth grade. We also love our Shorkie, Lex!
