I love to
teach and motivate my students to be the best they can be. When I am
not at school you can catch me hanging out with my wife, Nicole, and my
daughters, Lily, Maci, and Piper. Going outside with my golden retriever,
playing sports, or watching a good movie are some of my hobbies. During
the fall I love Husker football! We are going to have a fun and rewarding year
Tips for a great year:
Respect. I strongly believe in respect for self and others. Mutual respect throughout the classroom.
Responsibility. Students take responsibility for their school work and the choices they make throughout the day.
Honesty. Acting in a trustworthy manner in and out of school.
Enthusiasm. Students are enthusiastic and have a high energy for learning.
In the 3rd grade students are responsible for their own behaviors.
Daily behaviors are recorded by the students and teacher, and then
written in the student’s behavior chart at the end of the day. Each night the
students are responsible for getting his/her assignment notebook and behavior chart signed
by their parent(s). Students start the day with a 101 for being
present. Each positive the students earn throughout the day gives them a
+1 towards their final grade. Each reminder is worth -10pts off the
